Absolutely NO outside ALCOHOL will be allowed!! No coolers or open containers! You must have a cup that meets the standard of being an EDC approved cup only sold from an approved vendor. A specific cup will be used to distinguish between outside alcohol and alcohol sold at the event. This will ensure all alcohol is distributed to adults only and we abide by the Kentucky KRS Chapter 244.
No fighting or violence will be tolerated during this event. A very small group of volunteers set aside a lot of free time to make this event go smoothly. Great attitudes are very much appreciated.
Parking is limited, so please car-pool if possible. We will also have shuttles running from the event area to the Holiday Inn Express and the mall parking lot all throughout the day. The shuttle pick up is marked on the event area map. The shuttle will be going to the Middlesboro Mall Parking Lot to the spaces closest to Pizza Hut. We have included a map of these two pickup locations as well.
